Shipping Charges

  • The charges for shipping and handling for online shopping at www.sfabs.in depend on the location to which you want your purchases to be sent.

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on both the weight of the consignment and the delivery location.

  • Free shipping is not provided; charges apply to all orders.

  • For customers outside India, international shipping charges as well as duties and taxes as applicable are payable by the customer.

  • Handling or convenience charges may apply depending upon any special request.

Delivery Process

  • Items will be sent to the address provided by you to the website.

  • Please recheck the address before you confirm the order to avoid incorrect delivery.

  • We prefer to deliver to office or residence addresses.

  • Delivery to P.O. boxes or destinations where the recipient is not identifiable is discouraged due to the risk involved with high-value goods.

  • Deliveries will take place between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm unless otherwise specified.

Time Frame

  • Order Processing: Items are typically shipped within 1–2 days of the order being placed.

  • Total Delivery Time: Customers can generally expect to receive their products within 2–3 days accordingly.

  • Service Interruptions: Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as transportation system failures, customs clearance issues, or shipping carrier delays.

Multiple Delivery Service Providers & Tracking

  • To optimize shipping lead times, we work with several different service providers.

  • A mail containing details of the service provider and tracking information will be sent to you within 48 hours after an order is shipped from our warehouse.
